Manage User option can be found in the Admin menu. Select Manage User from the menu.
This page displays all added users along with their Name, Email, Status, Data and Last Seen information.
Searching for a User:
To find a specific user, enter the email address, user name, group, or status, then clicking the Search button. The specific user will be shown.
Add User
To add a new user, navigate to Manage User and click the Add User Option. Then, provide the following details:
Name
Mobile Number
Group
Click "Update" to save the user.
Edit User
You can edit an existing user’s details from the Manage User page. The edit screen is divided into tabs:
Info Tab
Name
Mobile Number
Group
Status (Active/Inactive)
Plan Tab
Plan (assigned plan for the user)
Plan Cycle (e.g., monthly, yearly)
Security Tab
Allows you to reset the user's password.
The new password will be sent directly to the user's registered email address.
