Router Configuration
Copy the router's identity from the router that you added in the Wi5River portal after downloading the setup file.
To finish the setup procedure, adhere to the instructions listed below.
- On your downloads page, click the setup file you just downloaded. As seen below, it will be displayed as a command prompt.
- Enter 1 for the router reset number, then press Enter to proceed.
- You must then configure the router for this by entering 2 and pressing the Enter key.
- The Router Identity that you copied from the Wi5River site should now be entered.
- Once logged in, the router will connect, reset, and reconnect.
- The next step is to setup a WAN ID; to do this, type 3 and press Enter.
- Then, input the Static IP and Gateway IP that your ISP provider provided.
- Visit the Wi5River interface now and select Manage Router.
- Select the router that you've set up.
- You can click the "Setup Hotspot" button found in the Setup tab.
- Enable the hotspot option under the Info tab.
As soon as the router's configuration is complete, you can connect to it.
Note: You should enable the hotspot option in order to access the internet.
